These terms set out the basis on which you can use our website and engage Estandz Place Consulting Ltd for accounting and tax services.
These terms apply to your use of the Estandz Place Consulting Ltd website and, where you engage us, to the accounting, bookkeeping, tax and advisory services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Where we agree a separate letter of engagement with you as a client, the specific terms of that engagement take priority over this general summary.
We provide bookkeeping, Self-Assessment, VAT, payroll, limited company accounts, Corporation Tax and related advisory services as described on our Services page. The specific scope, fees and deliverables for your engagement will be confirmed separately, and may vary based on your business’s size, complexity and requirements.
To help us deliver accurate, timely work, you agree to:
Where late or incomplete information delays a filing or causes an HMRC penalty, we won’t be responsible for that outcome.
Fees are agreed upfront, either as a fixed monthly package or a one-off project fee, and set out in your quote or engagement letter. Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work, or charge reasonable interest on significantly overdue accounts, though we’ll always raise a payment issue with you directly before doing so.
We treat client information as confidential and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We won’t disclose your information to third parties except where necessary to deliver our services, required by law, or with your consent.
Reports, working papers and other materials we prepare for you as part of an engagement are yours to use for your own business purposes. Our website content, branding and any resources or templates we make available (for example on our Resources page) remain the intellectual property of Estandz Place Consulting Ltd, and are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance and take care to deliver accurate, compliant work. However, our services rely on the information you provide being accurate and complete, and we can’t be liable for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied to us, or from decisions made independently of our advice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that can’t legally be limited or excluded, such as fraud.
Either party may end an engagement by giving reasonable written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work carried out up to the point of termination, and we’ll provide reasonable assistance handing over your records to a new adviser.
If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly so we can put things right. We take complaints seriously and will respond promptly and constructively.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@estandzplaceconsulting.co.uk.
